Stahl's Ear Correction

A Stahl’s ear deformity is when the top of the ear is pointed or there is an extra fold (3rd crus) at the top of the ear going up and back. It is sometimes called a Spock ear or elf ear.

Stahl's Ear Correction

Ear molding can be used to non-surgically correct a Stahl’s ear deformity. Pressure is applied to the front of the extra fold to flatten it over a few weeks of molding. This deformity can almost always be 100% corrected with ear molding
